What is the difference of ready stock and pre-orders?
Ready stock means we already have the stock on hand. You will receive the item 2-3 days after payment has been made. Pre-orders means you are ordering straight from our supplier's catalogue. We will order from our supplier based on your order.
How long do I have to wait to receive my pre-orders?
For item codes starting with FT, we will place order once we have orders of 30 pieces or every 3 weeks, whichever is faster. We will receive the items 3 to 4 weeks after sending the orders to our supplier, or may be faster depending on stock availability.

What happens if the pre-order item I have ordered is out of stock?
Don't worry. We will fully refund you the amount that you have paid.
Where do you get your products from?
Currently, we sell the latest fashion ladies apparel, imported directly from Hong Kong, Korea, Japan and Taiwan. Some items are from other countries depending on where we end up in.
How do we get the clothes that we purchase?
We will deliver it right to your doorstep through a trusted courier service provider.
How do we make payment for the clothes that we purchase?
You can bank in the amount chargeable. Self collection is accepted in certain areas – to liaise with purchaser on collection. You can also pay via credit card if you select ipay88 in the payment option.
What is the currency used on my purchases?
The $ / RM / MYR denotes Malaysian Ringgit on this website. For international purchases, you may send in your payment via bank transfers in Malaysian Ringgit.
Can I check the status of my order?
You can also login to our website to check on your order and delivery status. For pre-order items, you can check for the current batch update status here: http://lovelypastels.blogspot.com
How do I shop?
Just click on the buy now button. Once you have finished shopping, click on the checkout button and submit the order to us.
Where do you deliver to?
Anywhere in Malaysia. International buyers need to check with us on delivery charges outside Malaysia. We cannot deliver to a PO Box address or APO/FPO addresses.
When will the purchases be delivered?
Delivery in Malaysia will take 2 - 3 days depending on availability of stock for ready stock items. Please be reminded that delays in delivery may be caused by sending your item to an address without a recipient present. It is always our recommendation to send your item to an office address where you can sign for it. You may also appoint someone you trust to receive the delivery on your behalf. However, loss of orders once delivery has been signed for will not be our responsibility.
For pre-orders, we will update this site for status and deadlines for pre-orders so that you can check when we will be receiving the items from our suppliers.
What are your delivery days?
Mondays – Fridays from 9.00am to 5.00pm excluding public holidays.
For purchases that are required on special dates, please email us to specify your delivery dates. This notice must be emailed to us at least 5 business days prior to the intended date of delivery. We can specify the delivery dates to our courier service but we cannot guarantee delivery of items on the specified date due to unforeseen circumstances faced by our courier service.
For holiday orders, delivery schedule remains except if we inform otherwise through our website.
Do I get charged for the delivery service?
Please check our Shipping page for the rates that we are charging. For Singapore and international deliveries, please check with us on the charges. We will charge the exact rates that have been applied to us by our courier partners.
Which shipping services does LovelyPastels.com use?
We use Citylink Express or Poslaju for Malaysian deliveries. For international deliveries, we will use DHL, Fedex or UPS. We only use first class express delivery.
Can I shop for family and friends if I live in another city?
Yes, you can! Just specify the delivery address and recipient’s name and we will deliver it for you. You can also put in your special message in the Remarks column so that we can customise your message to the recipient for you! Works well as a surprise for that special someone!
Can I shop for family and friends of another country?
Yes we can but please check with us on shipping charges. When you have placed your order, just fill in your details at the Billing section and the receiver's details at the Shipping section. Your recipient may receive our invoice meant for customs and duties, with the retail price of the item stated and may be taxed upon delivery depending on the country it is delivered to. If you wish to pay for taxes or avoid sending the invoice to your recipient overseas, please inform us. There will be service charges charged by our courier company for these.
